What is the car, year and spec?
Battery drain can be hard to find - fuse 16 is the back up power (ie always live) for B-CAN devices; MICU, Gauge control module, immobilizer and the HFT.
I'm going to assume for a moment that you have bluetooth/HFT in your car, and that pulling fuse 16 is killing the always live to it.
For a simple test, please put fuse 16 back in.
Open drivers door, with a flat blunt object pry of the triangle cover
Undo 1 cross head screw
Now pull the lower dash down, and the little black box screwed on the lower dash panel with a green plug is your HFT.
Release the plug (easier to unscrew the unit first), then close up your car and check drain.
