Where is the inhibitor relay?

Hi!

Maybe there is someone who knows where the inhibitor relay for starting system is. I am pretty sure it is not where the service manual says it should be, since the frame that should be holding 4 relays only has 3 attached.
I have a 1.8 engine without autoshift.

Thank you.
