Alarm/immobiliser red light...

So I've searched couldn't find anything but then again I'm using tapatalk to search...
For the last week or so the red light (that I'm guessing flashes when the alarm is activated.) Comes on when I put the electronics on.. and again when I turn the car off before locking it...

Now you may day this is normal but I've never noticed it before...

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance
