Red face Bluetooth Upgrade

Hi All,

Does anyone know if my Bluetooth module (not SatNav HFT) can be upgraded in any way. (Its the one which mounts on the drivers a-pillar) Seems as tho its not compatible with Bluetooth v2+.

I bought it with my car in 06... hoping not to have to install a new parrot-type system as it cost an arm and leg at the time!
