Other ivtec light - Civinfo

Cool ivtec light

I noticed my bro's ctr has a ivtec light in top right corner of speedo mine hasen't got one can u turn it on???

In case you don't have a manual to hand, here's the procedure. Note that the handbrake must be applied to gain access to the 'computer thingy'

Press and hold INFO.
Press INFO repeatedly until you select CHG SETTING.
Press SEL/RESET.
Press INFO until you see i-VTEC INDICATOR.
Press SEL/RESET
Press INFO to toggle between off and on.
Choose with SEL/RESET.
When your selection is successfully completed the display shows "SETUP ON" for a few seconds then goes back to the "CHG SETTING" display. To exit the customising mode, select the exit mode by pressing the info button repeatedly then press the sel/reset button.

cheers matey ill give that a try!! just thought i was because mine is'nt A GT and his is!!! i know i filled up last week it was 121.9 then i thought is was taking the mick!! but it's quicker with v power in!! where do you live then nr cong??

Not convinced it's quicker but it's definitely smoother from cold which is the main reason I use it

From the Midlands nowadays but I was passing through on my way to visit relatives in Manchester!! I got ripped off bigtime
