Question interior fuse box location

Hi all, can anybody help me to find the exact location of the inside fuse box on my 2008 civic, the manual states that its on the left hand side of the drivers foot well i have looked cannot locate it. am i missing something or is it hidden behind a panel. the reason i ask is that i want to hard wire a dash cam up to it
many thanks

On the right side, open the door and pop your head under the steering wheel

Remove this lower panel

Then remove this screw

Then the whole lower panel under the dashboard just pulls out, its only held in by plastic clips.
