Headlight replacement advice

Looking to upgrade main headlights from the OEM of my 1.8 ex to these:

Not sure on the 1.8 but on my 2.2 diesel i had to remove the battery and disconnect the expansion tank to gain access to the bulbs, easy to do but rather than a 2 minute job it took me 20 minutes!


Not sure on them bulbs but they seem to get good reviews

Certainly recommend the bulbs; they are as good as halogens get for visibility, and they do slightly improve colour temperature.

Change the halogen headlights with genuine Bi-xenon as i did for best result. My Civic is 9G. First photo is low beam second is high beam

I remove the washer filler neck... but have always squeezed past the battery. A good alternative is child labour, they have more appropriately sized hands.

Post up some pics if you go ahead with it. I need to get my lights changed out as really not liking the yellow-ish light on the road.
Problem is... fat hands!
