PTC relay location 2.2 diesel

Hello,
My dad is having some troubles with the heating on his 2006 2.2
Could anyone tell me where the relays for the PTC heater are located on this car?
It is a lefthand drive 2006 2.2
Thanks!

i'm not sure what you mean by a PTC relay
the best i can come up with is the AC relay in the fuse box under the bonnet which is the black relay at the top of the fuse box to the left of the grey relay

the early omron relays ( shown in the image ) are known to fail and was replaced with a mitsuba relay a few years ago

the relay i am showing you controls the AC pump which is what i think your talking about
if not iv'e no idea what a PTC relay is

I have had two 2.2 Accords and they have both taken forever (5-7 miles) before getting really warm air from the heater.
If your dad's is like that, it seems to be pretty usual.
The PTC (whatever that means) or heat from the exhaust, as I believe it is meant to provide, is a waste of time.
