Central locking-immobilizer reconstruction

Hei, i saw ad in honda dealer website telling that all civics starting from 2006 should come to honda service and get central locking-immobilizer reconstruction done...
*anyone knows whats that about? thing is i sent mail to honda dealer but they just wount write back...
