Version 2 and up. You also need the proper HDS kit with the HIM as that little Xhorse cable won't work on the iShift system .

I appreciate the offer.

I'd rather buy what I need as it will pay for it's self in time. All I need is for someone to say which one is best to get.

Version 3

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HDS-HIM-V...AAAOSwzfNbqvVa

Any laptop that's capable of running Windows 7 will also work with it just fine. It does say XP on the listings but I've been using it on Win7 without issue for a few years now.

I noticed these are from China. Are these reliable or knockoffs?

They’re cloned units. Only ever had an issue once with a bridged solder joint and was easily fixed.

I appreciate your help. Hopefully the HDS HIM does the job of bleeding the clutch.

At least I know someone not too far from me who's gonna get one If you do get one, let me know how you got on and how easy it is to use.

It's on its way from China so may take some time.
I'll be sure to let you know once I've used it. Just hope it works

I had my HDS unit delivered and can't figure out MVCI connection.

Does your offer to borrow yours still stand?

Needs to be via HIM connection as mvci horse cables don’t work
