Aircon only cold at high RPM

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem with their aircon. At idle, the aircon system audibly engages, but there is no proper cold air until the engine is running at at least 2000 RPM.

I have recently had the air condenser replaced as the aircon was not working at all beforehand, but I am convinced that there must be a separate problem with the system as this is surely not normal behaviour for it.
