Problems with Civic Dice kit for civic 57 plate EX

Is anyone else having a problem with their civic EX with NAV- i have my dice kit set up so i control the music through the i phone- however if you change tracks up and down on the car it affects the music volume like an amplifier as if you go to track 80 it starts distorting.

Can it be set up so i can both skip tracks on iphone and through the car

I have a DICE in a 56 EX and have no problems changing tracks, by iphone or steering wheel controls.
I know i had to make sure the dip switches were in the right place first.
sorry cant help any more.

How do you have the dip switches set up, if I have them so I can control the iPhone through the iPhone if you get me it just doesnt work and keeps flashing the play button at the top, so I had to settle with the steering wheel controls and the song name on the lock screen.

I emailed DIce and the reason was- on the car i had disc 5 on track 2 which is aux, i changed it to track 1 and now i can control track selection through disc 1 playlists through disc 2 etc, whilst also still having full control on the iphone
