Deleting Old Voice Entries

I've done a search and couldn't find this....

Everytime i use the voice recognition for the HFT or SAT NAV and say "call home" or go "home" I hear the last owner of the car's voice repeated back to me..

Is there anyway of deleting this?

Cheers,

Strange ... if your using the voice command button (underneath the steering wheel) it shouldn't repeat any recording at all.

If you hit the phone HFT button (on top of the wheel) it will play bck previous recordings that match what youve said only.

You can clear previous entry's from what I remember by hitting the voice hft button and saying "setup" ... then follow any instructions from there.

Very lapse of the previous owner (and the dealer) not to have cleared these.

Presumably you are calling the previous owners home ?

Was the same when I got my car this week ... their home number and location stored along with a load of favourites.

Luckily you can clear all the numbers at once, took a bit longer doing it on the sat nav.
Its like sending your phone to some stranger, you just wouldnt do it

The command is actually "Phone setup" ... to get into what you want... then "clear" after that I think to erase everything stored.
