Blue light

Hi there,

I have a 2007 Honda Civic EX. I have noticed a small blue LED up at the cabin lights. There is the drivers side lamp and the passenger side lamp and in the middle there is a small rectangular shape and at night I have noticed that his has a blue LED illuminated.

Does anyone know what this is for?

Regards,

David

mine is nowhere near that bright either. Can these be replaced or a higher powered one be fitted?

Niether is the one in the photo, it's the camera which makes it look brighter.
There is a "How To" on making the hole larger, if you do a search.

Yep, a good camera, but that's how the photo came out. aperture, speed, flash? etc etc.

I'm not very good with links on here, even after 3 years.

One of our mod's may soon find it for you, as it goes back years.
It could even have been our main man Pottsy, who posted it.

P.S. Sorry it wasn't Pottsy, it was posted on 6/ Dec/2006 by Adri ciVic.
Now you should find it.

It'll not be the camera per se, itll be the technique.
It'll be a long exposure shot with extra tweaks here and there. The rest of the lighting in the dash is all a bit brighter too, see here

I'm sure turning up the brightness of the rev counter and dash also makes the centre light brighter?
