Satnav no power

Iv just bought a new second hand honda civic 07. The satnav has no power, what can i do to check if it working or fix it. I have the cd in the glove compartment.

Ok I will Iv had a look in the manuel it doesn't tell me which fuse it is, any chance you know?

If that doesn't help, this is a company that does repairs of the sat nav unit.

Check the No. 23 (10 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/ relay box and No. 35 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse relay box,

I'm sure the under dash fuse is the one highlighted in the 'How to Install a Snooper' thread which is the top left one ?

When I installed my Talex via this method I seem to recall both the radio and SatNav going dead whilst this fuse was out, so if the radio still works you should be able to rule that one out.

Ask the guy you bought it off, he might have disabled it or removed a mod he had fitted and not reconnected something.
Worth a shot.
