I do believe that if you do a search, there is a "How To" on how to adjust it.

ye i tried that (just put it on the handbrake and keep the Info button on the steeringwheel pressed, the go to chg settings and adjust the temp.) but you can only ajust it +3 and -3 but that made everything worse.
it started with +8 degrees and after ajusting it it was +30.

anyone knows what it costs to replace it?
and can i do it myself?

same thing happened to mine in January during the last snow...dealer quote to replace was expensive so (After the snow melted) i poured a load of cold water down around the engine bay and it sorted it.

I can only assume some of the salt and crud had packed around it and shorted it (?) anyway 10 months on and its still fine... showed -10 the other day (In the south of England thats cold!)

Mine was reading a toasty 33c on the way to work last week, outside the car however snow was falling.

Just got my sensor from the dealer so looks like I will be trying to fit it over Christmas.

They are about 15.00 for the sensor, and about 100.00 fitted if I remember correctly.

Mine was working fine till it hit -7 yesterday and the next time I looked it said 32!
It now says 55, don't think I will bother replacing it though at 100 a pop, might try out the fixes listed here though

Well it went back to the dealer yesterday and they tried to tell me it would be 95 to fix it....

After I reminded them it was still covered by the Honda Happiness warranty the told me that all electrical items are not covered. Only mechanical parts... I told them that's funny because they said my bump stops were not covered by the warranty either so could they explain what is covered as it appears to be sweet FA....

When I went to collect the car they had decided to fix it free of charge. Either the service desk have no idea what is covered or they just try to get customers to pay for everything unless they complain, in which case it is suddenly covered....

If I have any more problems I think a call to Honda will be in order...

Mine too! Last week. Temperatures outside were about -5 but not according to my Civic.
35 to 55 Celsius.....

I have a new bumper becouse a deer ran in to me, maybe the sensor has now gone to because of that. Deer did not survive....snif.
