Quick sat nav question

I have searched but but no definitive answer so im guessing its a no, But other than updating maps etc and mior visual changes, does a satnav dvd upgrade make the 'graphics' better? i.e a clearer, smoother map image? A one word answer will be fine!

Not really mate, all the same but updated maps and slight updates to the software on the sat nav itself

I believe that it depends on the versions you are upgrading from and to ...

And note that the "firmware" is actually updated with a upgraded DVD ...

For example, going from 3.05 to 3.33 or 3.40, does (imho) improve the 'graphics', due to a better use of line widths and colours - so, same screen quality, but better clarity in the actual image ...
