alarm bleep when arming?

hi guys,

ive been looking through the forum but cant find any ref to this.

i would like my alarm to bleep when it is armed and not just flash the lights. is this possible?

the only reason i want this is when the doors arent closed properly the alarm doesnt set and ive walked away twice now thinking it was secure!

thanks for any workaround

I wanted the same thing but I don't think it's possible. A useful alternative is to fit one of those automated wing mirror modules which fold/unfold when you arm/disarm the alarm Very handy, MrBozo and gray52 sell these in the trader section.

Shut the doors a bit harder

There's no factory beeper for this, you could always fit one

European Legislation barred the bleep some time ago. Can you imagine every car beeping!

I must admit, there is nothing like a good old beep! Has to be a good beep though, like this:

I also believed that there was "anti-noise pollution" legislation.
