Installing a MKI9200 any tricky bits?

Any tricky bits when removing the dash and things around i should know about. Someone said radio is hard to get out any comments?

Most of the dash is easy enough to remove.
The only pain is the panel above the stereo.
Use a bit of cardboard under your screwdriver so it doesn't mark the dash & be careful removing the panel as the clips under it are a pain. I slid a long flat screwdriver under & popped the back ones up from underneath.
Also be careful not to have any wires hanging under the stereo. When you build it up again the storage tray won't open
