Just been to the Bridgend dealership. They replaced the Ford (LOL) relay with a proper Honda one and the complaint will be passed on to the general manager when he arrives back next week. They were a bit confused as well as to why it was missing in the first place. Not the end of the world, but hey!
The technician walked away shaking his head (LOL) so he's either really confused himself or I made a pain of myself down there.
EDIT: One of the technicians suggested that it could have gone missing since I bought the car?? I don't think so as this area hasn't been touched and the only garage the car has seen is Bassetts Honda in Swansea. I hope they weren't trying to pin this one on me! I've logged a complaint with Honda Customer Relations and they'll be escalating the complaint further. Surely if the dealership did their checks on the car before I bought it, then surely the missing relay would have been noticed? I just hope I won't come across more issues with the car o.O
