can you retro fit HFT kit

Can you buy the honda HFT kit and fit it yourself or is it just a factory option ?

you could go for the cheaper (and better) option of buying a parrot kid and fitting that

had a parrot 3200 in my last car, was very impressed with it. Just considering my options this time round again.

Got the parrot handsfree kit in my Civ, very impressed and is hardly noticable...

Honda do a HFT kit as an accessory, but it is very different to the factory fitted version.

The factory fitted HFT is integrated into the car and has some substantial wiring, IMO retro fitting would be almost impossible and very expensive.

Indeed as Bog has stated it's an integrated system with the Sat Nav so you need almost a complete Dashboard with bits to make it all work.

So....How can I get access behind the radio to fit the leads for the Parrot unit???
