Kremmen, if you can locate the speaker put a bit or tape on it and that reduces the volume

Good idea - wonder where they locate it on the Honda ones?

I've got a job on at the weekend.

Mine has a little switch on the side for low, medium and high. NOt sure if they are the Honda approved ones though (they should be) and are colour coded.

The beeper has been placed on the pillar by the off side passenger door (near parcel shelf).

If the rear seats are put flat it is alot louder in my car....

And the speaker is (I guess from listening to it, haven't seen it) in the boot or rear somewhere. I thought mine were official honda ones, they look the same, but I haven't seen any paperwork, so it could all be a lie!

Spud, is the switch with low/med/high with the beeper?

Yes it is - small round black beeper with a tiny 3 position switch on the side.

Mine are the official Honda ones, and the bleeper is beside the light in the boot, under the parcel sheft support. Don't think there is a volume adjustment on it.

This thread may help you identify them - more by what they look like rather than any documentation!

Although I did get a paper booklet which gave some brief instructions.

I think mine are the real deal although not 100% sure still after trawling through that link and posts.

Mine are colour coded and are quite flush with the bumper.

Does anyone else have a similar beeper to mine with a 3 position switch for the volume?

A neighbour has a vivid blue accord with unpainted sensors and it looks awful.

Strange - some beepers in the boot, mine in the dash!

The loudness of mine would indicate that it should be in the boot.

Ditto it's round and has no volume adjustment on it but it's ok how it is!

Same here.

Sounds like they bunged the first one on mine,.

Reckoned it worked ok and then ran it out across the fleet!
