Help! Menu

I have a type r and I've entered the computer menu too days ago, and now when I want to enter the menu I can only go inzo speed alarm and that's it. I press button INFO(i) and speed alarm menu pops out. How can I go back to menu of the car? I would check into manual but its in german which I don't understand. I put the key in position II and press (i) and only speed alarm menu pops up...weird

You're probably moving!

You have to be at a FULL stop with the handbrake on to access the menu.
