Unhappy air con not working

Took my 2 month old 2.2 ES to dealers last week as air con appears to not be working.Dealer confirmed that temp of airflow out with air con on should be
4-5 centigrade but temp of airflow in my car around 20 centigrade.i.e not working at all.The car is going to the dealers for a day next week. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the cause.

i had crap air con on my VW, VW claimed it was within tolerence (about 8 degrees), but it felt warm - in short they weren't interested (les then a yr old and under warrenty).

Looks like Honda have been very good with you, making further investigations and finding a leak.
