Driver's window not working properly

Driver's side window won't go up/down automatically when button is pushed in fully and vice versa. To be honest this feature has always annoyed me, but I like my car to have everything working. Also, when I turn the ignition off all windows work apart from that one. When ignition is on, it's fine apart from the aforementioned problem.

I've never touched anything which relates to the windows. It's bugging me. I don't know why that would randomly happen. Everything works it's just a small function, I'm guessing loose connection? Honda had my car 2 weeks ago. They were poking around in that area to try and find a rattle (though, they never fixed it). Unless it's something entirely different; then I'm wrong.
