Disable Garmin Lane Guidance

Does anyone know how to disable the Garmin Lane Guidance?
I had a look in the menu's but can't seem to find the option, find it quite annoying.

For example below, disable the right side junction exit screen

I don't know of a way to disable it (I can't find such an option in my Garmin nuvi either) however deleting the JCV files from the update might work. Word of caution: I have not tried this so I have no idea if it works. No guarantees it won't break your head unit either.

Hi, as I just have a Swedish service manual, maybe I'm using the wrong names, but enter the menu for vehicle, meter readings, show turns, set to yes or no. In my instruction book p. 390.

That's for the guidance arrows that appears in the dash.
