auto stop start warning.

2012 ES.

started the car earlier, warning flashed up on i-mid saying it wasn't available along with battery icon. the warning stayed on while driving so I turned the system off with the button and all warnings and 'i' went away. turned it back on a couple of minutes later and yet again a warning flashed up.

Any ideas guys?

Post a picture of the icon. I had some issues with the start stop system and the remedy was to charge the battery overnight; it didn't help if i drove for a couple of hours.

Crisis appears to be over, unplugged the battery and plugged it back in again, no warnings and works as it should for now. I'll keep an eye on it.

Eco display
It's quite normal, nothing to worry about.

Thes system wont auto stop if certain factors/conditions apply such as AC on during warm up or external temp is too high.

The most common is if battery charge is a little down i.e youve not used the car for a couple of days.

All is explained in the manual
