Audio system

Civic 2016, no sat nav, premium audio system playing up, went back to dealer for software up date, 4 days later unit gives "audio off" message with flashing red light under power button tried to reboot by holding power button down for more that 10 secs but no joy.Any suggestions guys?

The 'Premium Audio' was replaced in 2015 with the Honda Connect so 2016 'Premium' doesn't compute

You are obviously aware of the system I have in my vehicle, given the year, are you not able to be more helpful?

Nope, not with what you initially posted.

I was asking which unit it was for others to help. Confirmation first before posting a load of irrelevant info for the wrong unit.

Is it a 2016 car or not ?

Is it the Honda Connect Android system?

Try a hard rest by holding dimmer button, menu & power.

I think Kremmen was trying to establish what system you have, because unknown to us you may have an old stock pre-facelift civic that was registared in 2016.

What Kremmen may not know is that some Honda Connect systems with the sub and DSP attached are also called 'Premuim Audio' although its not printed on the front of the HU like on the previous HDD system.
