MK9 prefacelift Nav Unit replace with facelift Nav Unit

Hi,

I have a pre-facelift MK9 with Honda HDD Sat Nav unit.

Does the facelift SatNav unit offer more features?
Is it possible to replace my unit with an used MK9 facelift part?
Is it even worth doing it?

This is my unit (illustration only as mine was installed on the car):

This is the possible replacement unit:

I think if you ask @Kremmen he'd advise against it:- To be honest, if you're going to get a FL Head unit, you will be constrained by Honda's restrictions for little gain; You may be worth looking instead at a double din android head unit and a connects 2 kit as others have done; depending on what unit you choose you could get full Android / Apple integrations, and access to all apps without restrictions.

Thanks, I guess the connects 2 kit will loose some functionalities for HDD unit?

Do you know what specific features will be lost for HDD replace with aftermarket?
