SD Navigation arrival time & distance

On my 2012 SD Navi (not HDD) having set a destination a little box appears on the right of the screen showing arrival time &distance to destination, but it is in Kilometres.
Does any one know how to change this to Miles, please ?

There is no mention of how to do this in the Navigation Manual

PS, found it elsewhere on the Forum, you have to change the Language from "English Kms to English Miles"
Who would have thought of looking there.!!
