Skunk2 Megapower RR FD2 issues

I received the Skunk2 Megapower today,
I took it to my local garage which is also an exhaust specialist and basically it doesnt fit.
Brought it from Tegiwa and it states it fits my car which is a 2007(57) Civic Type R FD2

The end of the skunk2 exhaust (closest to the catalytic) has a 2 hole flange, my catalytic is a 3 hole flange, now the exhaust does come packaged with an adaptor with a 3 bolt flange on one end and a 2 hole flange on the other, which would make it fit but to the catalytic but now makes the exhaust way to long, you cant slide the exhaust back enough to fit, it would fit perfect without the adaptor in place as it meets to the catalytic fine but has the wrong flanges.

Also the adaptor has not been mentioned on any websites/forums that it comes with the kit??????
Im a bit annoyed as I like the exhaust and the quality but there is no way this will fit the car.

Has anyone come across this

I had the same issue with when fitting a Skunk2 exhaust to my EP3 back in the day. But the issue was well known and I bought knowing the problem. Specifically Skunk2 is a US manufacturer and as such build exhausts for US models. US catalytic convertors are slightly shorter and thus needs a longer B pipe than you would need for a Euro model. So to get the Skunk2 exhaust from the 02 Civic Si to fit I had to chop a section of the B pipe and reweld the cat flange back on.

So with that in mind I wonder if you have a B pipe for the Civic Si model.
