Very nice!

I like the tints it's just ashame you can't do it on all the windows and then make it look really mean-looking

Enjoy!

Not bad. I chose to have the sunblinds instead, works out cheaper

How have they tinted the lower rear section ??

Because it's plastic it doesn't take nicely to the film tint so the dealer recommends not to have it done.

Like the other windows, but i gave the guy that made this for me nightmares with that plastic rear window he had to put 2 layers on it, to get the bubbles out. And a couple of hours work, but he got it done nicely

90% tints btw, legal in holland

He did say that it needs two sheets of the stuff to get it to stick.

......but I suppose you could then have started out with half strength film at the begining.

......but maybe they didn't know that one sheet wasn't going to work correctly in the first place.

......anyway as tinting goes, it's tinted!

Looks nice Cyclonic. Exitlight, I know that Mr. Cap will tint the Civic including the plastic rear window. I think they have a piece of plexi that the cut to fit in the window.

Not sure what the percentage is for the tints, as i got them done at the dealers as part of a package when i ordered my car.
There is not a lot of difference looking out from the car in the day but it stops the glare from headlights at night.

Here are the photo's you have requested on your PM.........................
In the 2nd and 3rd pic you can see the glare is reduced from the sun.

Hi ctrdaveg . Painting the Type R was the easiest thing you could do. You leave the wheels on , take a nice pointy paintbrush a steady hand . The paint i used was halfords caliper paint

Me too, an other advantage is that also the lower part of the back window is "tinted"...
