RickHondaR Cosmic CTR

I bought my cosmic CTR in July 06 from Stratsone Honda for 13k bang on 2 years old and 6500 miles on the clock. I have not really done any performance enhancing mods apart from an oem k&n filter which i doubt adds any performance. I have added a few cosmetic tweaks / mods as will be seen below and now the car has done 29000 miles. My only regret was no aircon but with only 6500 miles on the clock this car appealed a lot and would like to buy the aircon kit but for how often I would use it I find the 850 hard to justify

Genuine Honda front fogs i fitted myself and genuine JDM wind deflectors

Bosch aero twin wipers

Can you see the scuff on the tyre? This never marked the rim thats why i prefer 215 tyre's

RickHondaR footwell lights / LED's

RickHondaR footwell lights (photo taken at dusk) I SELL THESE FOR 20

Video of my footwell lights when locking / unlocking my EP3

Sony 8" sub with built in amp, i have had this about 3 years kicks a bigger punch than you would think and is nice and compact in the boot

E-tech strut brace, i rate this a lot and fits with no problems unlike some

JDM carbon fibre door sill

Sparco pedals 26 from Halfords

Carbing rear tie bar painted in black

Sub fuse

Polished gear knob, i can do yours for 15

Vtec indicator

I now have a genuine mugen oil cap and passenger front alloy as this was not a perfect match but not got around to taking a new picture

Thanks for looking comments welcome

Very nice, and tasteful unlike most.

One of the best examples I have seen, cosmic was the best EP3 colour.

Anyplans to upgrade to an FN2?

Nice car Rick.

Have you driven the FN2? I've never driven an EP3 so I'm always interested to hear how the two compare.

I have seen Rick's car in the flesh when he installed my footwell lights, his first FN2 to get the lights. And, I must say it's very nice. The car was immaculate.

Fitted Aircon

I have fitted my aircon today, took in total about 5hours and imo inside the car was the hardest bit. If I was ever to do this again I would buy new 100% as now I know whats involved there are just to many risks with a 2nd hand kit unless you get it dirt cheap. The cost of the Aircon was 880 from Holdcroft Honda (A big thankyou to Gareth in parts) and once i had fitted this it cost me 55 to get it gased
