No, the kidney would be a mere downpayment. However the calipers have some serious stopping power, so most of your innards will be on the outside anyway and you will at least have your kidney to hand (so to speak).

Std car runs a 55 offset, Mugen use std offset for rear and 40 offset for the front.lowest you can buy is 48. I have ordered 2 wheels with 55 offset and 2 with 48 offset to clear my spoon calipers.
