Hmm, got any other red parts on the car to match it? Like red rings on the wheels or something? If so it might be ok, if not its not my cup of tea at least. No matter if you have more red parts i would not do it to my car. I like it a bit less flashy.

Fair enough, you dont really like it. I love it because it is unique on doesnt look all that cheap in the flesh. The colour more or less looks exactly like the interior red. Only shame I cant change the grill mesh.

No I dont have black wheels with a red lip, they were on my list however new phone took priority.

Yes, Yes and Yes please.

I am interested in the puddle lights and was contemplating the boot light...where did you purchase them?

Looking very different mate, I quite like the look of that. The wine red is a nice contrast with the black, a bright red would have looked too much I think.

Is that a new mesh insert? Brake calipers next then?

Brake calipers are already done although only did the main part to test the paint and its fine so far, so will be doing a few more coats along with the rest of the caliper. The badge will also be going on in the next few days so keep an eye out for the Howto and pics, same with the brake light cover, puddle lights, boot light and all-round cupspoilers.

Yes its just plain silver mesh bought from Bauhaus (german BnQ) and sprayed with a winered metallic paint. For the whole thing including bumper splitter, mesh and paint I paid 240 quid.

Bargain unique bumper if you ask me.
