My Accident & And resulting new Type S-GT T Spec

A few people have asked to see photo's of my accident to here goes!
Long Story short:
I'm turning right into a side road from a straight main road, artic lorry right behind me. Idiot in white van overtakes lorry and plows into my driverside door at 65-70mph. First thing i know about it is 5 Mins later when i regained consciousness. Police, ambulance, Fire & Insurence all agree the civic saved my life!

Holy cow! Very lucky to have escaped from that alive! Good to know the Civic is built like a tank. Any idea what happened to the idiotic driver that ploughed into you?

New car looks awesome with the extra gadgets! Any mods planned? Those alloys on your old car were quite tasty!

The driver was proscuted for dangerous driving i'm not sure on the outcome. Shame about the alloys they were damaged and not worth keeping

As for MODs, Ive had the fuel cap & and extra badges added, bigger spoiler & also painted my calipers red.

This weekend i'm swapping to Xenon bulbs and fitting a gaiter.
Any other ideas on mods are appreciated!

Gear knob is sorted! I have been considering rear camera but not sure yet.
RE-MAP & New clutch is happening but need to save the pennies first!

The temp & climate settings are all as normal on the dash.

The screen does Sat Nav + Bluetooth + Audio/Ipod
You can browse and ipod from the touch screen whitch is nice (and safer)

Does it do any voice control?

I was thinking about the question in this thread.

Glad you're still with us mate. This must have been a heavy impact judging by the look of your old civic and the speed.
Good luck with your new motor mate.
All the best.
