Did you get the side protectors seperately, I got them on mine, but they came with the corner protectors and rear sensors as part of the City Pack. Yours is only the second car I have seen with the door protectors, are you struggling to cleand between then and the door, or did your dealer do a better job of getting them on there. I had to get mine refitted, as the 2 sides weren't symettrical. The corner protectors make it look like it has horns.

I have both side and corner protectors. They were symetrically fitted, but I can see that dirt will tend to build up behind them as they are not fully flush fitted.
My previous Civic (a 1.7 vtec coupe in dark blue micatelic) picked up quite a few very visible marks on the doors with no side protectors, hence my decision to have them fitted on this Civic. They look as if they will do a good job fending off the usual annoying car park door marks that unfortunately are a way of life, especially with a wide car.
I had them in natural colour on my dealer's advice (which is a good match with Galaxy Grey anyway) since they were cheaper, and my dealer said that the colour matched ones tended to show marks themselves.

No problems with the door protectors, but I took the corner protectors off. Did'nt like them.

Great looking car. Good colour, one of my favourites!

Very British setting in the background there. I like it.

How were the protectors attached? Just double sided tape I assume.

I 'phoned the Dealer to ask how they were fixed on, and they said just sticky tape on the protectors. They said peel them off slowly, then the adhesive won't stick to the body. And sure enough, they came off clean as a whistle.

I noticed recently that I had front and rear mud guards; didn't know they were an option until recently because I got an ex-demo 1.4SE and they depite telling me the "extras" this wasn't mentioned...
