Very nice colour indeed ! ...

Now - a few "pointers" - if I may ? ...
  • Buy a Civinfo.com sticker and become a Supporter
  • What ? - NO mods yet ! - Brakes, Springs, FRS first
  • After that, you'll probaly be 'hooked' - I was

I'll second this JDR!

  • Buy a Civinfo.com sticker and become a Supporter
Especially as he has an EX. With an out-of-date Sat Nav.
Oh, the worlds that open up when you become a Supporter!!

That reminds me. I need to Support again. My last sticker is still stuck in the back of KR57 UKJ which has probably been crushed now!!

By the way - I'm convinced that this new one of mine has been re-mapped. The acceleration in 3rd is BRUTAL compared to my last one. In fact it accelerates in 4th from 40 like the old one did in 3rd from 25-30mph.
Also, I'm returning 52mpg just tootling. Something is worryingly good here

Sorry Jake, how very remiss of me!

Welcome to the forum! You won't regret it.
And I'll answer 5 questions to a new diesel EX owner!...

1) Yes, my clutch squeaks too.
2) That vibration noise from the windscreen cowl? Yeah, they all do that mate!
3) No. There is no way to display track information on the Sat-Nav screen from an iPod input like xcarlink or dension
4) Yeah! Ha ha! The paintwork is a bit like butter isn't it?
5) The dealer said what?????

Cheers for your replies people......Yes I'll be getting a sticker and a few mods like a new front grille which is an absolute priority and maybe lowering springs as soon as pay day comes around. I am also considering changing the wheels to make it look less OEM but not sure what to go for....

Sticker NOW, mate ! - it's only a few quid (look at the Section near the top of the Forum main page) - and you get Supporter status right away, just by paying - plus, the "hidden" stuff that you currently don't even know about ...

Lowering springs and FRS are about the best and cheapest mechanical upgrade there is - but you should really consider better brake pads, hoses, fluid (disks if you like, or if they are worn) ...

Cosmetic stuff ? - shop around - you can get a cheap Sports Grill in here, on eBay, from some of our tame Dealers, etc. ...

Wheels ? - have you thought about getting the OEM kit powder coated or painted - that way, you can be unique, and spend less than new wheels cost ...

You´re right!
Now, the question is:
Where on earth did Honda hide the "Enter warp" button?

The button is out of sight....under the drivers seat I guess for safety reasons...
