Just washed my car and my bike!

Hi guys been on here a while and never really posted anything much in the gallery.

I washed my car one weekend and checked my oil then washed my bike. Just thought I would share my pictures with you all I am so lucky.

My car may not be highly modified due to a tight budget but I really enjoy DIY on my car and Cycling. My car is a Honda Civic 2.2 Type S i-CTDI with a few subtle mods.

My Summer Bike is a Ambrosio Carbon Fibre Coated Aluminium Alloy Frame with Carbon Designed Forks and Carbon Fibre Ironman Tri-bars etc..

I have also included my winter bike as well unfortunatley it gets used a lot more than my summer bike.

This pic was taken when I was passing through New Brighton and had stopped for a snack. It's just after Seacombe Ferry just before you get to the main part of New Brighton.

I often see Civinfo.com stickered cars about the wirral but the thing is I never wave as you would probably wonder who the nut is on the bike.

I would wave if I knew someone had spotted me and knew It was me, so if you see me about give us a wave. Anyway Hope you like the pics.

Thanks, LVY I am quite pleased with the pictures as I was only using my LG230G mobile phone. Yep I agree I wish the last pic had zoomed in on the background a bit more as its quite a cool background.

Thanks, Shaun just been looking at your car in your gallery. Thats a nice colour (titanium metallic) I know your going to laugh when I say this but not seen that colour round my neck of the woods. It's a colour that grows on you and I don't think the pictures do it justice. Hope you know what I mean nice pics tho.

Just a few more pictures that I took when I washed my car & bike and installed Bogs DRL's which I am so happy with. Could not upload them at the same time as the other pictures for some strange reason the problem is related to my phone. Anyhow here they are, hope the quality is fairly good.

Well pleased with the result on my registration plate frames because Gers did me some quality decals which I put on the frames, Hope you like.

Below is my Carmats2fit-ltd new drivers side replacement car mat that I am really pleased with. I had to modify the Honda twist brackets but tried my best to make them look factory style. Hope you like.

Of course I had to makesure I had a picture of my Civinfo.com Sticker and this picture also shows the Climair sunblinds I have installed.

This picture shows the rear of my car and as you can see I have my Gers Type S vinly decal fitted. I have my number plate frames fitted with my customised Gers Decals. I also have my superb CarModz Rally Mudflaps with Type S decals fitted which I am well pleased with.

Thanks for looking. Hope to upload some more changes in the future.

Cheers fella, do say hello if you do see me on my bike. It's the only way I can afford to modifiy my car that's why it's handy that I am such a keen cyclist. I hope I do see you sometime soon when I am in the car tho it would be nice to stop and have a chat and view your car, Thanks for the nice comments! Take care.

Thumbs up

Just another update only one picture at the moment but some better ones will follow. After years of wanting to at least tint the rear windows on one of my cars that I have owned. I finally made the decision to get the rears done on my Honda Civic Type S 2.2 i-CTDI and am I glad I did.
I am well pleased with the results. I went for a 35% Tint on both side windows and the top rear window. I have not tinted the lower section of my rear window. As in summer I will also have my Sunblinds installed.

This picture shows 35% Tint with my Climair Sunblinds installed as well.

I am really pleased with the very professional job that was done by Elite Films. I would deffo recommend them to anyone who lives in the wirral area. Elite Films (Home - Elite Films - Window Tinting Fillms - Car Wraps - Paint Protection - Wirral Liverpool Chester Manchester North West).
When I visited Elite Films to book my car in they had been wrapping a very tidy BMW 3 Series which was in mint condition and it looked really cool.
The guys I met gave me great advice and made me feel confident that they would carry out a very professional job. They did and when I went to pick the car up they also gave me good advice on how to keep the tints in tip top condition. Thanks Elite Films great job. More Pictures to follow.

Just another update in relation to my 35% Rear Tints done by Elite Films. 2 Better quality pictures below.

I also installed my new gaitor what do you think?

I also purchased a while ago a Pivot Voltage Stabilizer Mega RAIZIN (Earthing & Grounding Kit).

When I get chance I will install it and upload the pictures and will let you know If I find it makes any difference.

Well I know the title to this thread is incorrect but I thought I may as well stick to the same thread. Then I can log my progress better. Well over the last couple of days I have been cycling and jogging as I am off work so really lucky because it means I can take my time working on my car. Recently someone decided to damage my door while it was parked in my flats parking space. So I have mostly been working on this. Now I am no expert at repairing dents but I thought I would get peoples opinions on how well it is going on repairing it with out a respray this is the progress so far.

The first 2 pictures are when I first found the dent.

Now remember please go easy on me when you give me your opinion this is what I have managed so far. So I still have more work to do.

Please tell me what you think? I hope people can see a difference so far, Thanks for being honest. It's a shame but the camera picture is not great but its the best I could take and remember I have not washed/polished etc.. yet either lol.

Pete.

Just a quick update finally got my mirrors wrapped, Hopefully all going well the bonnet will also be done soon. I am well happy with the results. I went back to Elite Films as they did such a good job when they tinted my rear windows. I think it looks amazing can't wait for them to do the bonnet. The guys at Elite Films (www.elitefilms.co.uk) really are very professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks Guys.

I am also halfway through finishing my Brake Disc Decals which Gers supplied to me. Like usual he has not let me down. Thanks Gers you always supply very professional decals.
I still need to apply my High Temperature Clear Lacquer to protect the Decals. I did not get chance this weekend as I had to finish sorting out my DAB Radio Addon (Kinetic digitizor M-DAB 0001 universal DAB/DAB+/DMB-A) something strange to do with the Remote Cable and the Wireless connection Via the FM Band as it works for a while then seems to loose the connection. So will have some more updated and better quality pictures very soon showing some cool things I have done to allow me to use my car for camping/day trips with my bike etc.. which I hope to do sometime in the future.

Anyway that's it for now, I'm well pleased with the results so far.
