Warranty almost over...things to check

Bit of a noobie question but my (new to me) 9G facelift is approaching the end of its warranty and I am trying to get a checklist of things to check and possibly the dealer to investigate...

Seems there are no active recalls

The only thing I can think of is getting the RC8/9 update done.

Anything Im missing ?

Thanks!

I'm in the same position, warranty ending in October. Keeping an eye on this.

Im wondering what your worried about tbh? For peace of mind stick it through an MOT with the dealer and don't tell him the warranty is nearly up.

If you've no problems, there is nothing to fix

But yes, I'd reccomend asking for the software update, and then any other niggles you may have.

Check your alloy wheels for the lacquer coming off of the wheel. We have a 2013 and 3 of the 4 wheels have nasty marks where the lacquer has de-laminated from the wheel. Honda bless their cotton socks say you're completely on your own after warranty ends (no goodwill) and the dealer is refusing to acknowledge any responsibility under the sale of goods act.
Frankly these shiny turned wheels are great to look at but too fancy to last if the paint and/or lacquer only lasts 3 years !
