Tourer rear bumper removal

Anyone got any how-to's or hints on how to remove the rear bumper on a tourer (facelift)

Wife has reversed into something and suspect the metalwork behind is bent

Any tips welcome

Great, thanks

The damage isn't as bad as I feared so may not need to take it off after all, but would still be useful to know how to do it.
