Possible to hide Eco Assist bars?

About the Eco assist meter on the dashboard.
When I choose to deactivate it, the only thing that happens is that it stops shifting between green and blue and gets solid blue.

Is there a way to totally hide it?

It would be really useful to be able to remove these completely. They are very distracting and do nothing as I never use Eco mode.

Eco display Eco display
Garage
Ask your dealer.

They could use the HDS to do it.
