accord 2009 pros and cons

hi boys. i am looking at a accord 2,0 from 2009 i am going to trade in my civic for it. just want to ask you inhere what to look out for when going for such a car. i have been looking at both auto an manuel transmision and the cars have gone between 80000-120000km aprox 50000-75000miles

does they have any specific problems to look out for ore any annoying things.

The only issue I'm aware of with these otherwise-reliable cars is the sunroof on certain models (the EX model, in the UK).

i am not looking for the ones with sunroofs. so that will not be a problem

@ Micko, all i can advise is to go for the fully loaded option EX trim, so you don't have to upgrade anything 3-5 years down the line. Also stay out of diesel, if your gonna buy a diesel then put your money on a bmw, vw, merc or audi.

That is the most reliable car in Europe... The 2.2 is a workhorse, and the petrol is just as good.

I have 2009 Accord 2.4 petrol manual EX and in 6 years only problem I had is rust on sunroof which Honda replaced free of charge.
I heard of few seized rear brake callipers but mine has been fine so far.
Go for it it's a fantastic car and with regular servicing it wont let you down.
