I'm in the grown up club!

Well after much deliberation, it would appear that i am soon to be a new accord owner!

I currently have the base model civic as a company car and i'm lucky enough to have been offered an upgrade by my bosses. After a very long and drawn out process they have finally agreed that i can have the accord i've been longing for!

I'm getting:
Honda Accord 2.2 i-DTEC ES-GT with Nav Pack in Black.

Exciting times and it's just been ordered and arrived in exactly 3 weeks time!

I'm in preperations to try to prevent wetting myself when it arrives!

Congratulations on going black.

How do you find that space in the rear seat compares between the Civic and the Accord?

I thought the Accord seemed smaller.
The one I looked at had electric seats - do you have this?

FWH, yeh the interior space is smaller than the civic.
I'm a tall lad at around 6'3" so getting anyone behind me is a bit of a job.
I can comfortably fit behind myself in the civic, but it is a bit more of a sqeeze in the accord. I don't think there's really a huge amount of difference in the actual space, but the fact you can't get your feet under the front seats is probably a big factor.
And mine will be good old fashioned manual controls....
