Question Another Honda Recall?

Looking at the problems with Toyota recalling thousands of cars I notice this comment on the BBC website:
"Rival carmaker Honda has also announced the recall of 646,000 cars globally to fix a switch defect that could cause a fire."

Is this true and if so is this the issue with the ECU or Fuse box commented already here?

What about all the faults with the civic, clutches, batteries , and now ecu's packing up oh and the knocking rear shocks which Honda are looking into.

....which are not directly safety related like a sticking throttle pedal, or risk of fire.
