K20a jazz

heres my daily driver jazz i built over the last couple of years, enjoy the pics...


spec
-2003 Jazz (cat C write off due to engine damage)
-K20 EP3 engine and box, quaiffe LSD
-Hasport 'Fit' mounts (heaviliy modified)
-Custom gear linkages, shafts, wiring done by myself
-Front brake upgrade - modified hubs, 300mm CTR discs redrilled, BMW850i calipers modified to fit, DC5 pads
-Rear drums converted to discs using DC5 calipers, MGZS discs, and custom brackets and cables
-All brake flexis and hardpipes replaced with HEL lines
-Tein coilovers
-Custom made 4-1 header and 2.5" exhaust system using 316 grade stainless and mandrel bends, subtle 'spoon N1' style tailpipe
-Sprint SW9 16x17 wheels, yokohama s drive tyres
-Accord Type R recaros
-FN2 steering wheel (DC5 one fitted in the pic)
-Jazz Sport bumpers, skirts and spoiler

Seen this on a few other forums....awesome work!

Love seeing great one off projects....how much is it weighing? and what power is it putting out with the breathing mods etc??

Going on both a weighbridge and a dyno next week at a guess, anything between 215 and 220 hp.

oh this is supercharged and stuff now




Its great fun! trying to hold onto it but may have to sell it soon depending how involved my next project becomes (K series CRZ)

well Im in glasgow too so no doubt bump into it on the M 8 sometime

Im gonna tax it for the start of december, was off the road since a mishap at knockhill, resulting in a new gearbox, carbonetics clutch, and raised the boost and got it mapped at TDI for good measure

Yeah the cr-z is a really nice car only if they put a bigger engine in it lol.
