Hi mate would you happen to know how I can remove the dashboard? I've managed to install my double din unit but I've got a windscreen DAB aerial and I'd need to route it from the top left of the windscreen to the back of the double din under the dash. I've figured out how to get most of the A pillar off but can't seem to find how to get the dashboard up.

There is a suggestion in the other thread in which you posted the same question.

Just wanted to ask you question about the process of removing radio.
Do I have to remove the all plastics as shown on pictures (for example the dashboard above the steering wheel) to remove radio, or I can skip some steps? I'm a little afraid to remove the entire car
I apologize for repeating the question but I would love to some more information!

Best regards.
Er, you can actually skip almost ALL those steps to get the radio out.
Check out the video on connects2's site. There's a little panel below and to the left of the steering wheel, pop it open, but don't remove it completely.
Next, the strip that goes down along the right side of the stereo and airoc unit has a single screw holding it in. Undo the screw, and prise the trim vertically upwards (it takes some doing, be gentle but firm).

Now you shoule be able to pop the air con control unit out, and undo the two screws holding the radio in. Pop the radio fascia out, by pulling the bottom first.

There you are.No need to remove the plastics above the steering wheel to get to the radio.
