Does anyone know what Hastings insurance co are like with Mods?

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with mods whilst being insured with Hastings. I'm looking at doing a few mods to my wifes car and not sure if they have a mod limit like Adrian Flux or are adverse to modifications.

Hi,
Are you currently insured with us at the moment? If so if you need any help with insurance at all then please feel free to drop me a line.
Regards,
Dan.

Wasn't aware that AF had mod limits ?

...and I used them a couple of years ago.

If you want to mod a car I'd always recommend going with a specialist insurer.

Me neither, I've never had a problem with AF.

I'm with sky and none of my mods have cost me anything.
Got dc5 brembos, braided hoses, tein springs and a frsu done last week and not even an admin fee

Sorry, didn't mean mod limit with Adrian Flux, I meant Admiral.

She called them and they were actually not too bad, they don't care about the replacement angel eye projector headlights or replacing the grill for the irmscher one. They did care about the Powertec induction kit though.
