Thanks to a controversial EU decision:

The sooner we are out the better.

The PM has publicly stated that on Brexit, all current EU legislation will be enshrined in UK law. To get away from this nonsense Parliament will have to actively repeal legislation we don't want. Sadly we will probably be stuck with a lot of bad law untill the shiny-arse brigade get round to sorting it out.
Don't forget that for every £100 you pay to be responsibility insured, the Chancellor takes £10. Where's their incentive to reduce our premiums there?

If you're compensated whether you have insurance or not surely that'll just encourage more people not to bother with insurance in the first place 🙁

and the Secretary's comment about the honest motorist not being expected to pay for uninsured drivers is cobblers. We're already doing it, as a share of our premiums goes to the £250M 'victims of uninsured drivers pot' already. Road tax increases, insurance tax increases and now this? Admittedly, the government's hands are tied on this new ruling but what's the underlying agenda here?

If you think leaving the EU is going to reduce insurance prices, you're having an absolute laugh. If anything, the government will rub their hands together and immediately increase insurance tax to "offset the cost of triggering article 50" or some other kind of ********.

The EU is not a demonic entity. Leaving it isn't going to fix everything.

Also note in the article that it states the origin of the content was the Sun. So it's likely inflammatory ******** and not worth reading. As one of the comments says, it's unlikely to affect premiums at all.
