Insuring a Type S / Young Driver

So after shopping around just wanted to let you know my experience.

Currently with Swift, but will be moving as they just cant match prices ive had from Adrian Flux.

Swift are charging me - 800 up until the 20th since i owned the car back in March 2011.

Shopped around also used Greenlight and Chris Knott, they cant get anywhere near the price i was quoted from Adrian Flux. Many insurers including A Plan have said they won insure the Manchester postcode.

So for Fully Comp, Audio Cover, Named Driver (Dad), Mods - Tinted Windows, - 4 Years No Claims, No Convictions. All the normal bits, drive other cars and windscreen.

650

What do you think ? From 1200?

650 is less than I'm paying, although expecting that to reduce this year as my endorsements expire... damn motorbike!

Just turned 22, type r, 4years no claims 900 not too bad really seeing as it was 900 last year when I renewed on my CRZ... 1.5 to a 2.0 and no hike... Shows what being a year older does!

Also, 2 years ago I had a type s 1.8.. So only 19/20 2yeare no claims cost me 1800 to insure :/

It doesn't cost much to add it to your policy and it's worth to have it.
